AMERICAN UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE ARUBA (AUSOMA) is looking for a full-time ADMISSION/RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST to manage applicant leads, process admissions files, and assist in new student recruitment. This position involves developing and implementing a plan to attract new and transfer applicants interested in medical education, the position also requires about 60% TRAVEL to college recruitment fairs, trade shows, open houses, and community events. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated salesperson passionate about student recruitment and medical education.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Sales experience

• Previous experience in working in a proprietary school environment and working with medical or health science school students is a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook • CRM experience (i.e., Slate/HubSpot) Office

LOCATION: Suwanee, GA (M-F 8AM-5PM)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year including performance bonus
