We are seeking a Medical Assistant Receptionist to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls effectively

Gather information from the patient and passing them paperwork for office visit

Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vitals on each patients

Checking out patient , determine their copay and collect payment

Provide discharge instructions to the patient and make sure medications are called in

Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff

​Qualifications:

Management experience preferred (Non-Healthcare related management experience is accepted)

Retail Experience preferred (able to promote and sell Aesthetics packages)

Able to Draw blood /phlebotomy skills are not mandatory but preferred

Familiarity with medical billing procedures are not mandatory but preferred

Strong organizational skills

You will get standard base pay but we have excellent bonus structure with commission upon selling Aesthetics packages which can potentially take your income to above $100,000 depending on how well you do .

We are currently looking for Friday/Saturday 9am-9 pm coverage as well as flexibility to cover as needed on other days of the week with pay differential for the flexibility.
