DAY IN THE LIFE
American Youth Reps work closely with coaches, players, and community organizations in an assigned territory to set, obtain, and exceed fundraising goals. By working hand in hand with the key players in a fundraising event and implementing our proven program that has helped raise over $15M in Arizona alone, you will find success by the creation of success in others. Most days will be spent crafting personal relationships by visiting high school campuses and running successful fundraising events. Our positions are heavily commission based with no cap so the right candidate will find great financial success from their efforts.

Ideal Candidates will have...

• BS/BA degree preferred
• Sales experience or interest in a career in sales
• Customer-facing experience
• Knowledge about or established relationships with local sports teams (High School & Youth Leagues)
