    AmericanWork, Inc. began providing services to Georgia’s severely mentally ill adults in 1999, and today offers a range of services that maximize the ability of people with a mental illness or addictive disorder to live and thrive in their community. Our goals are parallel with the recovery and resiliency model Georgia desires.

    AmericanWork, Inc. Team has partnered with Pathways and is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Case Manager (CM) provides case management and support to persons with Mental Health issues to help them obtain and maintain recovery. Makes home visits, transports client to and from appointments, teaches community living skills such as grocery shopping and paying bills. CM will coordinate needed services for consumers in the community.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor's Degree in Social Worker or Psychology required.

    Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

    Have an understanding of and sensitivity to serving the culturally diverse and special needs population

    Possess knowledge of the populations served in the services provided

    Some experience working with the Mental and Behavioral field

    Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance
