About your Role:

Oversees the implementation of Assertive Community Treatment

Delivers service in accordance with the Dartmouth Assertive Community Treatment Scale (DACTS)

Ensures service delivery according to guidelines set forth for Assertive Community Treatment in the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Disabilities Provider Manual

Supervise the Assertive Community Treatment team

Does the Following Apply to You?

Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker OR Licensed Professional Counselor

Familiar with clinical aspects of MH, SA, co-occurring Diseases.

Poses a valid Driver’s License, have a clean Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) and Criminal Back Ground Check
