About your Role:
As a Registered Nurse/Home Health is responsible for nursing services and quality management of all nursing functions provided to the agency and provides health care services for all medically-specialized adults by performing the following duties. The Home Health Nurse ensures that comprehensive nursing assessments are completed for each client serviced by the agency, makes appropriate referrals to community physicians; provides management and education of medication; provides a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
Does the Following Apply to You?
Must possess a degree in nursing and be able to obtain and maintain licensure
Current GA License is required
Must be able to demonstrate an understanding and sensitivity to the diverse and special needs population served
Experience in the Mental Health area
Valid Georgia Driver 's License
Clean Motor Vehicle Records (MVR)
Clean Criminal Back Ground Check (no convictions or shown credible evidence of perpetrating abuse, neglect or sexual exploitation- child or adult)
