We are a plant-based wellness startup focused on providing the best nature has to offer. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns, SEO, social, and full funnel online experience across all digital channels.
You’ll love this role if you enjoy wearing multiple hats, have a willingness to recommend and try new ideas, and possess a “let’s do this” attitude.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record as a digital growth marketer. You have a strong grasp of the latest online/ecommerce growth strategies, marketing tools, and can implement integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You enjoy the pulse of a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects and priorities.
NOTE: we are looking for a Phoenix-based individual, but will consider a remote opportunity for the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
· Full-Stack Digital Marketing: Develop, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies that span SEO, SEM, social ads, email marketing, and more.
· Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns in real-time, ensuring efficient ad spend and delivering outstanding results.
· Content Creation: Craft compelling landing pages, blogs, web copy, and other assets to enhance SEO, elevate the customer experience, and boost conversion rates.
· Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media content calendar, nurturing our social presence and community.
· Evolving eCommerce: Collaborate on refining and expanding our eCommerce site, enhancing its content, shopping experience, conversion rates, and fostering ongoing customer loyalty.
· Performance Analytics: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing detailed ROI analysis and tracking source-to-conversion metrics.
· Insights and Trends: Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance, proactively brainstorming new growth strategies and conducting experiments to test and improve conversions.
· Customer Experience: Evaluate and enhance the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
· Revenue Growth: Develop conversion points and optimize user funnels to increase revenue.
· Vendor Management: Collaborate with freelancers and agencies to extend our marketing capabilities, ensuring timely project delivery and desired outcomes.
· Multi-Channel Marketing : Support marketing efforts across various channels, including eCommerce (DTC and Amazon), Health & Wellness Providers, Affiliates & Influencers, and Retail.
Experience: Marketing 4-5 years, Digital Marketing 3+
Education: BS/BA, marketing preferred
Location: Western US, Preference for Phoenix/Scottsdale and surrounding area
