    Job Description

    Salary $126K-$168K plus generous volume bonus. You will also receive 1 week paid vacation as well as a medical benefits package.

    Job Needs & Requirements: Must have extensive executive Mortgage Operations experience or have 3+ Years Experience in mortgage as Processing Manager or Funding Manager. Please do not apply if you do not have this background in mortgage field with detailed knowledge of TRID and Mortgage Compliance protocols.

    • Looking for a knowledgeable hands on problem solver to hire, train, lead and manage current and future employees in our respective disclosure, processing, funding and compliance departments.
    • Create and develop an efficient and compliant process flow from file inception to loan purchase.
    • Take the company from Broker to Mini-Correspondent to Full Correspondent Lending
    • We need loans to close as quickly as possible.
    • All files must meet investor, state and federal regulations.
    • Ensure operations staff delivers excellent customer service to clients
    • Hold weekly meetings with staff to address employee & company challenges. We need you to manage, motivate and lead operations staff.
    • Ensure customers have a positive experience and employees are held accountable for their actions.
    • Processor Management includes but is not limited to:
    • Load Leveling Processors so they do not become overwhelmed.
    • Identify, address and resolve aging loans in processor pipelines
    • Ensure Processors are to submitting new loans within 48 hours of receipt.
    • Ensure Processors are to providing the borrower with a weekly update via email and phone call. Would prefer 2 updates to borrower per week.
    • Also looking for processors to have a weekly update with their respective loan officers on their files to provide status.
    • Ensure Processors close their assigned loans within 45 days of receiving the file unless there is a special circumstance.
    • Handle and respond to complaints clients may have on processors
    • Funding Management includes but is not limited to:
    • Ensure funding department meets investor underwriting guidelines before funding the loan.
    • Ensure correspondent loans are purchased within 7-10 days of funding.
    • Resolve purchase issues with investor
    • Disclosure Management includes but is not limited to:
    • Make sure all loan disclosures are compliant and meet investor, state and federal guidelines.
    • Staying abreast with state, investor and federal guideline changes.
    • Adding needed disclosures and removing unneeded disclosures.
    • Monitor disclosure department to ensure all disclosures are delivered to client within 72hrs of complete application.
    • Compliance Management includes but is not limited to:
    • Maintain, organize and submit NMLS quarterly reports, state specific reporting and state examinations & audit responses.
    • Work with current compliance officer or hire new compliance officer to make sure disclosures, funded files and marketing are compliant for state, federal and investor requirements.
    • Develop written guidelines for all departments to follow
    • Systemically scan and store All funded loans. Must have completed check list for all funded loans.
    • Manage and Review Warehouse lines
    • Manage hair cut accounts and wire necessary funds to close
    • Satisfy all outstanding purchase conditions
    • Prioritize funding loans based on lock expiration, loan size and warehouse lender terms.
    • Trouble Shoot & fix loan files that investor(s) may not want to purchase
    • Upload investor purchase advice
    • Scan and store all final locks and closing statements for easy access
    • Clear all post-closing Errors and Emissions conditions
    • Ship All closed/funded loans to corresponding investor
    • You Must Keep accurate and detailed records of all loan applications, loans in process and funded loans so company can turn in accurate NMLS call reports and respond to State Specific Audits and Compliance Reviews. You will be in charge of State and NMLS reporting
