Looking to hire (and train) a dedicated vinyl liner sales and installation crew for Northern Virginia, specifically Fairfax and Northern Prince William County with potential for Fredericksburg and Loudoun County. We train continuously and some of the training requires travel. In addition to vinyl liner installation, we need help with construction and prep, openings, installation of equipment, and regular maintenance customers.

Full-time employment (year-round) is possible for the right candidate. Training and education are continuous. We use the latest technology to service our customers and train our employees ("Pool Ops").Pool maintenance and operations experience is a plus, but NOT an absolute requirement. We try to hire for attributes and attitude versus pure experience. We can train the right person.Starting pay will be based on background and skills and is negotiable depending on education and experience. You must have the capability of operating independently. Any candidate who can work independently at any level makes at least $16/hourThe work is physically demanding at times. Qualities we are looking for in a new hire include: someone who pays close attention to detail, responsible, clean cut and presentable, punctual, learns quickly, team player, and the ability to work independently when needed. You will need reliable transportation to make it to our office each day. We work Monday-Friday 7:00am until around 5:00pm during the busy season.
