DESCRIPTION

Are you ridiculously nice and value good customer service? Americollect is looking to hire a Remote Patient Customer Service Specialist (PCSS) to act as a liaison between our clients and their patients. You will assist callers in answering questions, updating their accounts, and offering solutions.

Americollect is known for its ridiculously nice approach for customer service and revenue recovery. Our ridiculously nice teammates educate patients while helping them improve their financial well-being, which results in reduced healthcare costs for everyone.

REQUIREMENTS

Great news! No prior call center experience needed! We are looking for someone who has:

· High School Diploma or GED (completed or actively enrolled)

· Customer Service Capacity

· Contributing to a Team Culture of Learning and Growth

· Bilingual (English and Spanish) is also a plus! ($1.00/hour wage premium for dual language)
