    Job Description

    Our client, one of world’s largest distributors of Healthcare systems, Medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, is actively seeking an accomplished CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.


    POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

    LOCATION: ROBBINSVILLE, NJ 08691

    DURATION: 6 MONTHS + | 40HR/WEEK |

     

    *** PAY RATE: $15.00/HR. W2 - $17.00/HR. W2 (DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE)

     

    RELOCATION ASSISTANCE/ EXPENSES: NO

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Communicating daily delivery route status with Late/Missing Customer Service.
    • Follow up with delivery Issues thru out the day.
    • Take emergency order requests and submit specials to the courier. Also handle emergency orders thru Fed Ex to other country customer locations.
    • Coordinator for key mail order accounts like Caremark & ESI.
    • Key in Customer Returns and/or Overrides.
    • Input shortage/overage requests for key accounts and other retail inquiries.
    • Research missing returns, non-delivered totes and other service issues.
    • Key in Un-identified returns.
    • Potentially assist with Narcotic drug orders

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be familiar with SAP & Salesforce - CRM (Customer Response Management)
