OVERVIEW:

Our client, a healthcare company, focused on special populations, complete pharmacy benefits and other specialty areas of healthcare, seeks an accomplished CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE.

*** CANDIDATE MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN USA WITHOUT REQUIRING SPONSORSHIP ***

*** LOCATION: SAN DIEGO, CA 92108

*** DURATION: 6 MONTHS W/ POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION OR CONVERSION TO FTE

NOTES:

· Position will be remote during COVID phase.

· Mon – Friday and weekends off. Two shifts below, need to be open:

o 8:00am – 4:30pm PT

o 8:30am – 5:00pm PT

· Needs laptop with camera for Zoom interviews and will get equipment shipped but needs high speed internet.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Call center, entry level, 2 -3 years background in healthcare (not wanting collections experience).

· Must be fluent in English and Spanish, Chinese a plus.

· Client is very demanding so customer service in healthcare experience, HIPPA privacy knowledge. Will take between 45-65 calls per day

· Candidate needs to be able to talk and type and working with dual monitors, organized and very patient, high level customer service.

PREFERRED:

· Peaks English and another BSC language preferred.

· Associates or Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
