Our client, a healthcare company, focused on special populations, complete pharmacy benefits and other specialty areas of healthcare, seeks an accomplished IT PRODUCTION OPERATIONS SPECIALIST.

*** LOCATION: RANCHO CORDOVA, CA 95670

*** DURATION: 12 MONTHS, TEMP TO PERM

DESCRIPTION:

· Monitors system and application dashboards for anomalies as defined by the assigned IT Service Area.

· Understands and works on resolving problems in the areas monitored under the guidance of a Senior or Lead Operations Specialist.

· Fulfills services from the Service Catalog of the area(s) supported (Desktop, Server, ID Management etc.).

· Working with correspondence team, processing approvals, send notifications to ordering or rendering provider, or members for authorization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Associates or Bachelors: Computer and Information Science (Preferred).

· Total of 3+ years of experience and 2+ years of experience in IT operations.

· Hands on SQL knowledge.

· Coding background.

· AWS background.
