    Job Description

    Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of the world's largest distributors of Health care systems, Medical supplies & Pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.

     

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    POSITION: PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (JOB ID: 80030)

    LOCATION: LOUISVILLE, KY 40223

    DURATION: 3 MONTHS TEMP TO PERM (CAN GO FULL TIME FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE)| 20 HR/WEEK | M-F

    • 3 Associates Monday – Friday 10AM-2PM EST
    • 3 Associates Monday – Friday 2PM-6PM EST

    PAY RATE: $15/HR. ON W2

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
    • Determines status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc.
    • May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials.
    • Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing & resolves return credit problems.
    • Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
    • Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Customer Service experience.
    • Healthcare/Pharmacy knowledge.
    • Claims/Insurance Knowledge.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent Communication Skills.
