OVERVIEW:

Our client is a rapid response, IT transformation services firm specializing in complex project management and integration services for the evolving enterprise, seeks an accomplished SERVICENOW ARCHITECT.

DESCRIPTION:

· Salary full-time with profit sharing

· Looking for a senior candidate to enable service practice expansion and eventually assume the Field CTO position.

· Support the business team in facilitating ServiceNow platform demonstrations highlighting the art of the possible and/or detailing module value.

· Create strategic technical roadmaps for current and future customers.

· For the right candidate, ideally someone with experience and credentials we've outlined, there is an opportunity to grow ServiceNow practice nationwide.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 5+ years ServiceNow Platform experience.

· Highly desired - ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and ServiceNow System Admin certifications.

· Experience in ServiceNow ITOM, SAM, HAM or Asset Management and Discovery.

· Experience facilitating client-facing workshops to successfully progress initiatives through engagement lifecycle.

· Ability to work within, and lead, a multi-discipline team focused on delivering high-quality output in short timeframes.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong people development skills including coaching and mentoring for technical roles.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2+ years’ experience with ITIL.

· ITIL Certification.
