RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively lead, inspire, motivate, develop and coach an elite team of agents
• Develop a sales team and market presence
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing business
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
• Results-driven coach, mentor and role model who manages and develops best-in-class talent and drives group results through teamwork and individual performance improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Life and Health License
• Series 7/66 (preferred)
• 3 – 5 years industry (financial services, financial planning, life insurance) experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven success of business development and production
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and proactive attitude
• Entrepreneurial Mindset
• Being bilingual is a plus! (Japanese, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred)
