    Ameritruck has been in business for 29 years and is seeking the right individual to be our Dealership Office Administrator. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting experience, work well independently with good comprehension skills, be highly detail-oriented, multitask when priorities change, and have some dealership experience. Responsibilities: • Accounting operations of the business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, management of truck deals, record keeping, banking, employee files, daily reports, maintaining a chart of accounts, employee healthcare reimbursements, etc. • Procedures, controls, policies, and reporting systems are operating efficiently and accurately and in compliance with any applicable regulatory or reporting requirements • Prepare complete financial statements and reports monthly, quarterly, and annually, according to dealership guidelines • Ensure month-end is closed accurately • Insurance and healthcare renewals • Oversee admin team (3 people) Qualifications: • Previous Dealer/Automotive experience • Strong Accounting and Finance experience required • Office Management Experience • Experience with various accounting software programs (Sage or Peachtree beneficial) • Detail-oriented with strong analytic and people skills • Capacity to multi-task various job functions • Comfortable working with various computer programs • A proactive approach to helping team members and solving problems Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
