Ameritruck is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Administration Team. The ideal candidate must work well independently but also be amicable to direction and teamwork. They must be organized with the ability to shift gears with projects and priorities. Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and an aptitude for learning are a must! Responsibilities: • Prepare and process vehicle title work with DMV (in person and remote), title tracking, and follow-up on missing information or problems • Assist the administration team with accounts payable and deal processing • Ability to track, organize, and file paperwork • Assist the Office Manager and other teams as necessary Qualifications: • Prior dealership title experience • Superior attention to detail and accuracy in a timely manner • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills • Proficient computer skills necessary for scanning, sending title work, working with spreadsheets, and processing financial information • Work with customers, service providers, vendors, and team members in a professional and positive manner • Valid driver's license Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly based on experience
