    Commercial truck sales are booming as America works hard to keep our supply chain moving! A family-owned and operated commercial truck dealership in business for over 20 years, Ameritruck is stepping up to the rising demands and adding to our energetic team. We are looking to hire a title clerk/administrative specialist who has a superior eye for detail and prior experience working with automotive titles. We provide excellent benefits (Medical, Dental, Paid Vacation/PTO, End of Year Discretionary Bonuses), a Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm work week, and the opportunity for growth! Responsibilities: The candidate should also have the ability to do a variety of tasks accurately and in a timely manner. • Prepare and process vehicle title work, including working with the Department of Motor Vehicles (in person and remotely) • Assist in the front office operations such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, accounts receivable/payable, sales and warranty transactions, etc • Ability to track, organize and file paperwork • Assist Office Manager and other teams as necessary • Compile and maintain a list of outstanding title work and follow up on missing information or problems • posting/filing vehicle sales and inventory They would also assist with various other functions necessary to daily financial and sales operations. Qualifications: • PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH VEHICLE TITLE WORK PREFERRED • Superior attention to detail and accuracy in a timely manner • Valid drivers license (to process title work, etc in company vehicle) • Accounting/bookkeeping experience or knowledge preferable • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communications skills • Proficient computer skills are necessary for tasks such as scanning and sending title work, maintaining and working with a database, processing financial information, etc. • Ability to liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and team members Compensation: $18 hourly
