JOB SUMMARY
Ameziel Inc. is a leading e-commerce company that focuses on the manufacturing and selling of Furniture, Homewares, and Pet Products. We were established in 2014 in Ontario, California, and employ a team focusing on product design, marketing, logistics, and warehouses. Our furniture brand Vasagle, houseware brand Songmics, and Pet product brand Feandrea cover a wide range of products through online platforms such as Amazon and Wayfair in North America, Europe, and Japan.
We are seeking a Marketing Research Analyst to join our growing Consumer Insights Team. The individual in this role will drive a core set of ongoing research programs to infuse consumer insights into marketing strategy development and the creation of new breakthrough consumer experiences and brand engagement.
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- As a member of the insight and research analysis team. Responsible/ support for various business insight/ consumer research projects (based on practical experience).
- Explore business activities and the voice of the customer across variety of research projects related to Product Development & Brand Marketing, using methods such as quantitative/qualitative research to analyze sales point, consumer value, consumer touch point. Obtain information and support business decisions in new product development and brand marketing.
- Carry out competitive analysis of products, selling points, business models and development trends for major competitors and benchmarks in the industry, and output competitive analysis reports.
- Participate in the formulation of research processes and standards related to consumer insight work, summarize research methods, output research tools, and improve research efficiency.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals KPIs and ROIs.
- Able to work with multiple department globally.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated with an undergraduate degree or above in design, marketing, market research, statistics, data analysis, economics, anthropology, sociology, psychology or other related fields.
- At least 3 years working experience in research/consulting company.
- Experience with product design.
- Experience with various qualitative and quantitative research techniques, especially in strategy, branding, new product development.
- Excellent data analysis ability, familiar with various statistical analysis models and methods, and strong logical thinking ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively build close working relationships with internal stakeholders based on business needs.
- Strong flexibility and problem-solving ability, able to handle various problems during the research project process.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, can adapt and perform well in fast-paced and changing project environments.
- Proficiency in using EXCEL, SPSS and other tools.
