Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Life Insurance PTO Responsibilities: • Design and develop ammonia refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and associated equipment. • Oversee the installation of new refrigeration systems and modifications to existing systems. • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare proposals and technical specifications for new projects. • Provide technical support and guidance to other engineers, technicians, and maintenance personnel. • Have the ability to conduct training sessions on the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems. • This position is safety sensitive. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Ammonia refrigeration systems or similar field. • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. • Relevant certifications. • OSHA 10 certification and class E driver's license are highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems and equipment. • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Ability to understand and conduct training sessions on the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems. • Ability to work in an efficient manner, individually or with a team. • Occasional travel to job sites when needed. Compensation: $125,000+ DOE
