We are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial refrigeration systems and related equipment while ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial refrigeration systems and related equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues and complete timely repairs. Monitor and maintain refrigeration equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Maintain air compressors, associated control systems, and other related mechanical equipment. Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports. Follow all EPA regulations, company policies, customer requirements, and OSHA safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in on-call, weekend, and after-hours work as required to support customer needs. Perform other duties as assigned. This position is safety-sensitive. Qualifications: • • Compensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications. • Three (3) or more years of industrial refrigeration experience or experience in a related field is preferred. • Strong electrical, mechanical, and industrial refrigeration troubleshooting skills. • Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems is highly preferred. • Experience with air compressors, control systems, pumps, and related industrial equipment. • Working knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and industrial safety procedures. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. • OSHA 10 certification and industry-related certifications are preferred and may be required after hire. • Valid Class E driver's license with an acceptable driving record is preferred. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position, including climbing ladders, working at heights, and working in indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures. • Willingness to travel and work weekends or after-hours as needed to meet customer requirements. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Compensation: $35 - $36 hourly
