Job Summary Increase awareness of the brand and product through various communication tools. Manage professional website optimizations, launching new functionality, digital marketing animations, social media marketing, and content development for brands. Principal Accountabilities * Responsible for overseeing all marketing activities; advertising, promotion, PR, CRM * Responsible for creating all marketing tools to support channels * Lead IOPE e-commerce launch through strategic digital marketing tactics * Management of social media channel, content creation, paid and unpaid costs, community management * Lead contact to channel and global marketing teams Key Experience and Skills Qualification and Experience: * 2+ years marketing experience (beauty preferred) * Experience in digital marketing and social media, e-commerce * Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company objectives * Preferably bilingual (English-Korean) * BA or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent experience required Skill Sets: * Good presentation and networking skill with external counterparts * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Public relations * Event and project management skills * Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals * Excellent multitasking and project management skills * Leadership and mentoring skill * Excellent organizational skills and work ethic Personal Attributes: * Able to work under pressure & tight schedule * Adapt to changes & environment quickly and be a team player * Effective problem solver * Innovative thinking for market trend * Drives Creativity and Innovation * Strives for excellence in execution AMOREPACIFIC, US, INC is an equal opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
