    COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

    Amota Processing is a hemp company specializing in all phases of hemp cultivation and processing consisting of: harvesting, drying, bucking, trimming, storing, and selling industrial hemp. Our processing clients are farmers growing hemp in Oregon and our wholesale customers are national and international wholesale buyers of industrial hemp. We operate an efficient and safe processing facility that transforms the product from its unprocessed, raw form into a high quality and sellable smokable hemp product.    

     

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Amota Processing is expanding its sales team because of the demand in hemp flower purchases and is seeking to hire full-time National Sales Associates, Managers, and Directors to add to our fast-growing wholesale sales team. You will be selling trimmed hemp flower in both wholesale and retail quantities, wholesale extracts, and a forthcoming portfolio of retail branded consumer products. The ideal candidate will be an individual with proven end-to-end sales experience from lead generation to account management. This candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about the cannabis industry. The position is fully remote and can be done from anywhere with a phone, computer, and an internet connection. The compensation for this position will be a combination of a base salary, commission, and periodic bonuses based on performance.     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive new sales through lead generation, follow-up, closing, and account management
    • Leverage existing sales infrastructure to source new leads (ie. online inquiries)
    • Collaborate with existing sales team on best practices and feedback
    • Meet and exceed sales targets

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 2 years sales experience
    • Familiarity with the cannabis plant, or the ability to learn quickly
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to learn new sales, inventory, and CRM systems (ie. Cin7, Streak, Gmail)
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel)
