We are looking for entrepreneurial minded-candidates who always have wanted to step into a leadership role. Our goal is to cross-train our candidates from the ground up in our four departments: Sales/Marketing, Managing, Training, and Recruiting, so they can oversee an entire campaign soon.

Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Management :

• Small/Midscale management

• Data Analytics and Data Forecasting

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly/ Yearly Goal Setting

• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline

• Resolve customer and teams inquiries and complaints

• Set follow-up appointments with customers and team members

• Comprehensive knowledge of our client's services and their long-term goals

• Event Coordinating

Qualifications of the Entry-Level Management:

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Strong negotiation skills

• High school or Bachelor's degree

• Master's degree in marketing or a related field is a PLUS

• Experience in Customer Service/Sales /Management /Event Coordinating or related fields

• Willing to travel for job promotions and trade shows
