As a Customer Support Engineer at Amper, you will serve as a bridge between our customers and technical teams. In this role, you will be responsible for working with clients to make them successful with Amper's Machine Monitoring System. You will use a strong understanding of both a customer's business needs and Amper's capabilities to resolve unique problems.
