    Position Summary

    Amphion is seeking an experienced Service or Installation COORDINATOR/DISPATCHER RANCHO CUCAMONGA. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching in service Industry, is highly organized, possesses advanced computer skills, excellent communication, and ability to multi-task.

    This position requires the skills and ability to provide project support and service coordination. Job duties include scheduling technicians, customer service calls, preparing reports in spreadsheets, scheduling work orders, creating estimates and proposals. Work closely with the Project Managers and installers to ensure consistent best in customer satisfaction.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Handle incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls, entering new sites, modifying existing sites, and handling all general inquiries as required

    · Create and dispatch Work Orders required for scheduling of urgent and or emergency service

    · Complete Service Agreement work orders as required

    · Monitor and follow up on work orders

    · Administer the check in/checkout process of technicians in accordance with company policy

    · Procure Parts/Materials for service work orders

    · Provide service quotes to customers with the assistance of the Service Account Manager

    · Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

     

    Technical Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

    · Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

    · Exceptional telephone skills and thrives under pressure

    · Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously

    · Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

    · Ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members

    · Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

    · High school diploma or GED equivalent
