Overview: The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for handling leads generated by the company, setting appointments, and assigning them to the appropriate agent at the appropriate time. We're looking for someone who loves the thrill of the chase and loves to win deals.
This position is hard work and high-reward. Working hours are flexible but full-time - you will need to be available for return calls and emails within a reasonable time-frame.
Responsibilities:
Contact provided leads using provided scripts - these are generally cold leads, but we have a high-value offer/script
Determine lead motivation and update CRM
Set appointments
Assign to appropriate agent or put on marketing campaigns and follow up plan if not
Manage the follow-up process, keep track of leads and prioritize for follow up,
Follow up on leads once assigned to the appropriate agent according to company policy and systems provided
Specific Knowledge or Software:
The Inside Sales Agent should have a broad understanding of general real estate terms (not required), consumer behavior, and sales/conversion scripts and techniques Prior inside sales experience (B2C or B2B) and documented success in a sales role strongly preferred.
Training on Follow Up Boss CRM provided, prior experience in any CRM is a plus.
Compensation:
$15-25/hour depending on experience. Approximately 20 hours per week. This is a 1099 contract position and no benefits are provided.
