Job Description

We have an IMMEDIATE NEED for an experienced QA professional to join growing national company in a home related industry.  Company develops CUSTOMIZED CRM / ERP SOFTWARE solutions to run their businesses.  This individual will report to the QA Lead, and work collaboratively with other QA team members, product owners, program managers, business analysts and others to ensure that the products met needs and expectations of the business.

In this highly collaborative team environment, you will provide QA TESTING FOR CUSTOM DEVELOPED CRM AND ERP applications, SALESFORCE, and more.  The company currently works with an off-shore team at a daily call at 7:30 am PST is required.  The off-shore development may be in-sourced at some point.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Design, document, and execute manual test cases

·        Identify and document defects so that they can be easily understood and addressed

·        Help create and implement strategies for UI TEST AUTOMATION, API TESTING, LOAD TESTING, AND PERFORMANCE TESTING

·        Understand system requirements by reading written specifications

·        Actively participate in technical discussions and reviews

·        Contribute ideas to help improve our products and processes

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

·        5+ years in a QA or similar role

·        Strong understanding of SDLC processes and Agile / Scrum principles

·        Proven experience developing software testing solutions using script-based tools like Selenium, Postman, and JMeter

·        Strong understanding of SQL with the ability to write queries

·        Expertise testing CRM applications at both front-end and at database levels

·        Experience using bug tracking systems and test case repositories

·        Experience performing different types of software testing (e.g., smoke testing, functional testing, API TESTING)

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail

·        Ability to work concurrently on multiple projects amid shifting priorities

·        Ability to work both independently and with others in a team environment with minimal supervision

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

·        Experience with Jira and Confluence

·        Expertise in testing ERP applications

·        Experience with Salesforce applications

·        Experience testing mobile applications

EDUCATION

·        BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
