    WE ARE LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING:

    Support various departments in the following areas: Job Kick offs, Create shop sketches, shop travelers, ERP planning, BOM developing, Customer Requirement realization, review of industry standards and customer/ Aerospace standards, standard layering models and translating models for the purpose  of  manufacturing planning as required by program managers. The planner must be able to explain the respective role within the QMS and how their role contributes to Quality (Ref. Quality Procedures)  The planner shall contribute to product conformity as apart to their daily job function and shall contribute to product safety (Ref. job travelers and the Injury and Illness Prevention Program Handbook). The planner shall also be aware of ethical behavior and conduct themselves accordingly to AMRO policies and procedures (Ref. Employee Handbook). 

     

     

    RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY: 

    • Maintain and Realize AS 9100 procedures and continuous improvement efforts. 

    • Control and track changes and revisions of shop planning. 

    • Control and track released and master planning. 

    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 

    • Complete Shop Planning in the required time allotment. 

    • Use Document control to maintain all work and current revisions. 

    • Maintain a filing system to track current engineering sketches, charts, graphs, etc. that are used to support the above mentioned departments. 

    • Inter act with manufacturing and Quality for shop planning & traveler creation. 

    • Any other duties as assigned.  

    • Must understand how customer products are impacted in the event of failure.  

     

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 

    • Adequate years of experience in Catia modeling and 2D/ 3 D computer knowledge determined by AMRO.  
    • Two (2) + Years College or related technical training.

     

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Must be detail oriented, extremely organized, must possess excellent communication skills, and be able to interact well with all levels of Management. 

    • Must possess excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of word, spreadsheets, customer drawings and databases, Catia, 2 D and 3 D Modeling. Must have direct communication with internal customers. 

    • Must be able to conduct formal training of changes & customer requirements.  

    • Must know the QMS basic system of reporting, record keeping and follow instructions. 

    • Must have direct communication with internal customers.
