    • 1 year of accounting or banking experience
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    JOB SUMMARY The Recording Reconciliation Analyst compares funds collected to funds charged by the county to record documents and reconciles the recording ledger accordingly. This team works to identify trends in discrepancies and pushes them upstream to improve pricing processes. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Research, identify and log recording pricing discrepancies
    • Accurately reconcile orders per CFPB guidelines
    • Review recording partner invoices for accuracy
    • Communicate with internal and external partners regarding pricing issues
    • Assist with the tax holdback process
