    Job Description

    Amtec is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our valued Inland Empire based client. The chosen candidate will source, screen, evaluate, and schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers. They will post positions and actively recruit to build a strong candidate pipeline for future recurring openings. They will work with the Director of HR to negotiate candidate salaries, perform reference checks, and generate candidate offer letters. Performing other miscellaneous recruiting duties may also be required. This role will support the Technical Recruiter on an as needed basis.

     

    This position will support all administrative recruiting to fill positions that support the internal operations of the organization, such as:

    • Service Dispatch Coordinators
    • Accountants
    • Project Coordinators (Accounting)
    • Parts and Rental Associates
    • Payroll Specialists
    • IT Help Desk Specialists

     

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Minimum of 3 years of heavy recruiting experience within a dealership, warehouse, or logistics industry (preferred)
    • High energy, sense of urgency
    • Great follow through and impeccable follow up
    • Ability to work with hiring managers and uncover additional information surrounding the position, team, and manager needs and future growth
    • Prior passive candidate mining experience
    • Ability to represent the organization in a professional manner
