Job Description

Amtec is looking for a qualified Accounts Receivable Clerk candidate on a direct hire employment basis to work for a client in Chino. 

RESPONSIBILITIES ARE: General Account Receivable-invoicing, reconcile online payments  Be a team member and supportive of total office operations.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (Accounting degree is preferred) 3-5 years of accounting experience Experience with QuickBooks and knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise is helpful Knowledge of MS Windows, Excel, Outlook, and Word Must be well-organized, accurate, and attentive to details Dependable, hardworking, and is able to multitask Can work as part of the team and at the same time work independently. Has excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.

PAY RANGE: $23.00 to $25.00 an hour.
