Job Description

1st shift- 8:30am- 5pm

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and process inbound packages
• Perform desktop delivery
• Responsible for logistical activities such as shipping and receiving of materials through coordination with 3rd party couriers
• May handle and manage chemicals, including hazardous materials
• Performs safety inspection of material handling equipment
• Updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
• May require traveling between customer sites
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2 years experience in material handling/warehouse or customer service
• Spill containment training, IATA, DOT, IMDG and OSHA Right to Know a plus
• Previous experience working in a GMP facility a plus
• Knowledge of scientific products and services
