    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES: Full Cycle Accounts Payable for weekly check runs (including coding, matching, printing) Prepare expense accruals Monthly bank account reconciliations Analyze accounting results, investigate variances and document findings Actively participate in period, quarter, and year-end accounting close including coordinating with property managers to review monthly transactions and reports Help ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures May be required to work overtime, especially during quarter and year-end Other special projects and duties as assigned.

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting 1+ years of relevant accounting experience (Property Management experience is helpful) Advanced proficiency in Excel QuickBooks expertise is preferred (Sage is a plus!). Experience with AvidXchange also a plus.
