Job Title: Quality Data Analyst

Job Type: 6 months contract with a possibility to go permanent!

POSITION SUMMARY: With general supervision, responsible for the preparation and analysis of Quality records and reports of supplier information/data. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities may include some or all of the following: Analyze supplier data provided by inspectors and compile statistical reports reflecting supplier quality performance and supplier corrective action. Follow‐up on corrective action with suppliers as required. Maintain quality history and cost records and coordinate and conduct source inspection activities. Review purchase orders including routes and/or travelers and revisions; and assign quality requirements by assuring design requirements are correctly invoiced by suppliers. Coordinate and conduct source inspection activities. Act as liaison between quality function and customer/supplier quality representatives. Maintain inspection and process stamp control system and issuance of stamps. Coordinate with quality engineers to maintain an accurate and up‐to‐date Corporate master supplier list. May notify supplier in writing upon being approved as a qualified supplier. Perform other related responsibilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3 years experience in related quality functions or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities. Knowledge of inspection methods relative to quality planning. Must demonstrate ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing methods and techniques. Must demonstrate effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
