Customer Service Representative 

 Amtec is working on behalf of it"s valued e-commerce suppliers in the Inland Empire.  Our client has been serving it"s clients nationally for 70 years! They will need to be a great communicator, and genuinely enjoy talking with customers.  

Duties: 

Respond to inbound calls, chats and emails regarding orders and order issues

Take and follow up on orders and answer product specific questions

Reach out to customers regarding information they have requested. There is no cold calling in this role

Review web orders, process returns and check payments.   Data entry work will be essential in this role 

Manage special projects which typically involve product data and order processing improvements

Skills, Experience, Expectations

• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple calls and tasks over the course of a day at a fast pace.
• Experience working in a Customer service environment where customer success has been a goal.
• High comfort level with technology and computer skills to quickly navigate between various software systems to accomplish a task. We utilize multiple cloud-based systems (Google Docs, Slack, Netsuite, etc.)
• You will be expected to learn the ins and outs of our system and have a desire to always get better.
