Customer Service Representative

Duties:
Respond to inbound calls, chats and emails regarding orders and order issues
Take and follow up on orders and answer product specific questions
Reach out to customers regarding information they have requested. There is no cold calling in this role
Review web orders, process returns and check payments. Data entry work will be essential in this role
Manage special projects which typically involve product data and order processing improvements
