ROLE TITLE: Data Engineer (Game Analytics) LOCATION: 100% REMOTE DURATION: 6-12+ Month Contract (likely to extend) DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Seeking an experienced data professional to partner with our data scientists and analysts to production the data workflows that drive insights. The Analytics Engineer creates and maintains custom data assets that our game analysts, and carry forward ELT best practices on our platform. They will work closely with Central Data Science, DBA and analyst teams to find the best ways to preprocess ever-growing piles of publishing and gameplay data into intuitive, efficient, and maintainable assets. This role's placement within our Game Analytics team (which supports games and studios with bespoke insights and lifecycle tools), working closely with our Central Data Science team, allows for ample mentorship and professional development. WHAT YOU'LL DO Contribute to business-impacting analysis projects as part of a cross-discipline team. Create and maintain data transformation pipelines Work with an industry-leading big data platform Help fellow data teams explore, document, and expand our data assets. MUST HAVES:

1. KNOWLEDGE IN REDSHIFT
2. SQL
3. AIRFLOW - MUST HAVE
4. GAMES EXPERIENCE SO THEY UNDERSTAND THE ANALOG. HOW DID YOU MAKE THE GAME STUDIOS LIVES BETTER
5. SOMEONE WHO CAN CONSULT THEM ON TECHNOLOGIES - GAME ANALYTICS DATA ENGINEER ADVOCATE FOR ALL OF THE CLIENT. ENGINEERING STAKEHOLDERS.
6. ALL TRANSFORMING DATA- THERE WILL BE SOME PIPELINES NEEDED TO BE ENGINEERED BUT THERE IS NO RE-INVENTING OR NEW CREATION OF PIPELINES.
