TITLE: SR PRODUCT MANAGER DURATION: 1+ YEAR CONTRACT TO HIRE LOCATION: 100% REMOTE (EST OR PST PREFERRED)

JOB DESCRIPTION: THE SR PRODUCT MANAGER WILL LEAD END-TO-END PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT, AND DELIVERY OF A SIGNIFICANT FEATURE AREA OF THE PLAYER ONE PLATFORM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and execute on end to end strategy for a given feature area of the Player One platform. Strategy should be defined based on experience, research, and data analysis.
• Break down sophisticated business problems into simple functional requirements for technical analysis
• Responsible for requirements gathering, writing functional specifications and supporting documentation, working with engineers to build the features, and coordinating with partners who will be leveraging the features
• Measure the feature's impact on individual game's performance and the overall game slate
• Validate the need for individual feature components and chosen execution path by evaluating competing factors including business and data projections, engineering costs and user test results

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years experience in product management in software (ideally on PLATFORM PRODUCTS)
• Understanding of USER IDENTITY SYSTEMS and GAME PERSONALIZATION with direct management and/or INTEGRATION EXPERIENCE strongly preferred (I.E. WORKED WITH FACEBOOK'S PLATFORM, OR DESIGNED PERSONALIZED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST)
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse set of partners, from marketing teams to external (to company) stakeholders
• Data driven
• IDEALLY HAS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SDKS or if not SDKs then at least with technical, developer-focused products
• HAS EITHER WORKED IN THE GAMING INDUSTRY OR AT LEAST LOVES TO PLAY GAMES AND IS FAMILIAR WITH STEAM, BATTLE.NET, XBOX LIVE SYSTEMS
