    UI DEVELOPER / Front End Developer

    Location: Atlanta, GA

    We are looking for an outstanding UI (User Interface) Designer/Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design, and layout of our website. UI (User Interface) Designer/Developer responsibilities include building our website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.

    ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers
    • Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability
    • Contribute towards development and design to our internal and external platforms
    • Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to Assess user experience
    • Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and incorporate the findings in the development
    • Use coding to develop the aesthetics implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
    • Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork
    • Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to promote development standards and ensure that a "best in class" user experience is maintained.
    • Create and update UI components to be used for our applications
    • Create and maintain software documentation
    • Seek to enhance the user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
    • Discuss with product owners, clients, and team to understand functionality and come up with innovative ideas for web development for the best user experience and user interface
    • Follow, update and create best standards of practices for current and future applications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
    • Experience in Front-End development of enterprise applications using ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, and CSS.
    • Knowledge and experience with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
    • Knowledge of mobile-first design methodology, web standards, and UI/UX best practices
    • At least 2 years of experience of proven working experience in web programming

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Work Experience in User Experience (UX) and the psychology aspects of usability
    • Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
    • Experience in application design using design principles, patterns, and best practices
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Adequate knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and GitHub
    • Working knowledge of wireframing and image processing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud apps
    • C# and .Net experience or familiarity with the MVC Architecture
