    Your role at Amtouch

    This is a hybrid role that requires some in-office presence.

    In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Department (and the company in general) in researching, building, executing, and analyzing various marketing campaigns. Your main focus will be on digital marketing assets such as email, our e-commerce store, banner ads, SEO, digital content creation, and social media, but may also include some print and event marketing. You will help coordinate with other internal departments such as sales, IT, accounting, and purchasing.

    Our ideal candidate has a Get Stuff Done approach to work, is articulate in speech and writing, able to effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, adept at prioritizing work and managing deadlines, and is comfortable presenting work and results to management.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Build, test, and schedule responsive design emails utilizing HubSpot while maintaining industry-recommended best practices and quality assurance.

    · Coordinate information and content for e-commerce products and promotional activity, including campaign graphics and emails, product images, descriptions, safety disclosures, SEO, etc.

    · Update and maintain the content, as well as monitor activity and functionality on Amtouch Dental’s e-commerce website and social media presence.

    · Gather analytics for all marketing campaigns and web presence

    · Data entry – Accurately enter, update and upload data to Salesforce and our e-commerce website utilizing excel spreadsheets.

    · Assist in creating engaging & creative campaigns designed to effectively reach our desired demographic of Dentists and Medical Professionals

    · Work with and accept direction from team members to ensure objectives are being met.

    · Participate in special projects and performs other duties as requested.

    PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

    Required

    · Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.

    · Understanding of marketing communications and campaigns, with an emphasis on digital

    · Knowledge of the Internet and electronic vehicles (email, banner ads, search engine, social media)

    · Basic ability to design and edit media (modify image sizes, formats & do some light graphic design work)

    · Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel (formulas: concat, vlookup, etc)

    · SEO Knowledge (Best practices, alt text, etc.)

    · Basic ability to analyze data

    Desired

    · Google Analytics Experience

    · UTM and Google Tag Manager tracking coding

    · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign)

    · Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS

    · Salesforce CRM software experience

    · HubSpot Marketing Platform experience

    · Jira & Confluence software experience

    · Google AdWords experience

    · Exposure to healthcare product marketing

    · Experience in business-to-business marketing

    Education + Experience

    The ideal candidate will possess a 4-year degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in business-to- business marketing or equivalent. Exposure to sales, marketing and business leadership a plus; understanding of coordination of multiple jobs across media mix (print, electronic, event); understanding of email and Web production required; prior digital marketing experience a plus but not required. ****
