Job Summary

We are seeking an Amusement and Recreation Attendant to join our team! As an Amusement and Recreation Attendant, you will be selling tickets and collecting fees from customers, providing valuable information about events, entertainment, and facilities, directing customers to attraction and overall assisting customers looking to have a good experience. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable working outside in a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions. We are looking for energetic, vigilant, and friendly Team Members to join the Lululand crew. You will be the superhero of the park—part lifeguard (for the ball pits), part host, and part cleanup crew. If you love working in a fast-paced, joyful environment and take responsibility seriously, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive

Take payment for rides or admissions

Direct customers to various attractions and rides, or provide information on facilities and events

Inspect equipment commonly used and report any issues immediately

Create a fun atmosphere for all customers

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work well within a team environment

Strong attention to detail

Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
