    BRIEF OVERVIEW:

    The Finance Manager Reporting Systems will join a fast-paced and collaborative Financial Planning & Analysis team. Reporting to the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, the individual will perform a variety of analytical tasks to develop thoughtful insights to leaders.

    The Finance Manager Reporting Systems will build financial models in Adaptive Insights, providing data that will be at the core of the business' decision making and future growth plans. You will be tasked with optimizing the company's financial performance model and leading several forecasting initiatives. Responsibilities also include actively partnering with accounting to ensure accurate reporting between the teams, leading workflow processes in Adaptive, and coaching the team on learning/enhancing the system. 

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Own the Adaptive Insights model capability and administration
    • Build new functionality and reporting within Adaptive
    • Train other team members on the system, advocating and influencing utilization of the tool by the team
    • Manage the workflows of reporting inputs in adaptive
    • Create a controls environment for system access and data integrity
    • Build and manage financial/analytical reporting models including budget and forecast updates
    • Develop roadmap of the planning tool and prioritize new projects, enhancements & upgrades
    • Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Highly experienced in Adaptive Insights
    • Desire to drive efficiency, process improvement, and to enhance understanding of business drivers
    • Highly self-motivated and proactive by nature
    • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for problem solving
    • Thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
    • Ability to work in a team environment and engage in cross-functional collaboration
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral with ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences
    • Highly analytical with great attention to detail
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
    • Experience with NetSuite
    • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience in Software/Tech/Healthcare industries preferred
    • Public Company experience is a bonus
