    Amy Campbell Photography is a wedding, portrait, and commercial photography business located in Lexington, Kentucky. We strive for excellent customer service and communication. We are currently searching for a part-time office manager with design experience. The ideal candidate must be: • Organized and professional • Self-motivated • Great with communication skills • Able to focus on multiple tasks • Comfortable in an office setting and working on the computer (Macintosh) • Appreciative of creative things but not necessarily an artist, photographer, graphic designer, etc. Responsibilities: • Design and produce marketing materials and photo albums • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction • Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility • Order office equipment and supplies as needed • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements Qualifications: • Familiar with Adobe Bridge, Photoshop, Lightroom and able to demonstrate knowledge • Can work well independently and also lead a small team • Familiar with social media platforms and blogging • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred Preferred: • 2+ years post-graduate paid work experience • Bachelor's Degree • Comfortable with the web design of the Squarespace platform • Has to experience with growing business through internet marketing Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly DOE
