That is way too many for them to manage and serve with the care we demand. That is where you come in! You will nurture these prospects, turn them into qualified buyers and sellers for our sales force, and connect them with one of our Sales Specialists. This is a sales position where speed to lead and effective communication are key. Our team has grown 15-20% each year for the last 7 years. In order to keep growing, we need the very best team functioning at a high level to succeed. This is not cold calling but rather working with warm prospects who have responded to one of our many lead sources. Our team is a high-profile, top-ranked real estate team and we need energetic, self-managed/self-disciplined team players to grow the team and your career! In 2020, we served over 479 families are we are on track to exceed those numbers in 2021. The first step is to upload your resume. We are looking for full-time, driven individuals who are sales-focused and love a challenge along with the ability to have a job with limitless potential. Responsibilities: • Ability to connect via phone, email, and text to convert our Buyer and Seller prospects into clients who are ready to buy and sell • Set qualified appointments for our salesforce • Follow up with the Sales Team on the clients to ensure success • Quick response times to clients • Fielding inbound calls as well as making outbound calls • Overcome objections and lead clients to solutions • Multi-task in an environment where speed, preciseness, and positive attitude are a must • In-office hours as well as some nights/weekends Qualifications: • A real estate license is required or in pursuit of a license • 2 years minimum Sales Skills-phone sales are a plus • Tech-savvy and ability to use multiple systems at once • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity • Flexible schedule and desire to constantly improve • Self-managed and self-disciplined • Ability to convert calls into appointments as well as work with our Outside Sales team to close deals Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly
