    Job Description

    Customer Service Coordinator duties:

    • Answering customer calls/emails and resolving customer service issues in a timely manner.
    • Scheduling service requests with our Draft Technicians nationwide.
    • Entering and Closing Out Service Work Orders in our system.
    • Preparing and processing Tech invoices to deliver to accounting.
    • Shipping out parts to customers/technicians per packing slips and creating shipping labels online.
    • Candidate must be willing to learn and understand our products and services.

     

    Inventory Warehouse duties:

    • Shipping/Receiving Duties using a Pallet Jack and Manual Stacker.
    • Unpacking pallets and assembling in case packs.
    • Labeling and assembling into case packs.
    • Palletizing
    • Obtaining freight quotes and preparing shipping documents including BOL’s and shipping labels.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    •  Computer skills to include knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Outlook.
    • Experience working in a warehouse/administrative hybrid role
