    Job Description

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR                    

    This is a key position in the growing and dynamic marketing department. The ideal candidate for this position has B2B marketing experience and is familiar with the company and/or the plumbing & heating industry.  They are highly organized and have previous experience managing marketing programs. This person must be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and be able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time. They must also be flexible and able to work well in a team environment. Essential attributes include excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask and remain focused in high-pressure and fast-paced situations. This person dives into the details while always keeping the big picture in mind.  In addition, the Marketing Coordinator must be highly self-motivated, have a positive attitude, be resourceful, willing to be a leader and enthusiastic about the position and responsibilities. The ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships is critical.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·         This position will have key responsibilities in running and improving a Customer Contractor Loyalty Program and creating weekly and monthly reports.

    ·         Collaborate with marketing team members to leverage for sales promotions.

    ·         Proactively maintain the Market Place with updated redemption items.

    ·         Process all Personal Use Program rebates registered through the loyalty program.

    ·         Administrative duties for consumer financing program (NaviLend), primarily processing contractor applications and working with our partnered bank.

    ·         Develop strategic ideas to support the growth development of the loyalty program.

    ·         Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development and sales operations in loyalty operations.

    ·         Support the success of the outside sales and trainer teams by responding to marketing issues and questions including support to the Marketing Manager with SOPs and other tasks.

    ·         Work closely with accounting regarding all Marketing CC charges, invoices and checks associated with the role.

    ·         Support Marketing leadership with market research and other reports using Excel and Power Point.

    ·         Cross train with other marketing team members to answer customer service calls and emails

     

    ·         Other tasks as assigned.

     

                                                                                                                                         

    REQUIREMENTS:

    ·         3 years’ similar experience.

    ·         Strong customer service skills and sense of responsibility and follow through.

    ·         Excellent verbal communication, spelling and writing skills.

    ·         Ability to handle several projects at once under deadline pressure.

    ·         Ability to understand, research, write and deliver summaries on a range of business issues.

    ·         Advanced knowledge working in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·         Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications.

    ·         Proven marketing and communications experience.

    ·         Experience organizing and implementing marketing programs.
