As a Director of Marketing, you will oversee Anago’s brand management and communication strategy. This includes messaging; public relations and communications; content development and distribution; creative and branding; artist and talent engagement; social media; advertising; and media partnerships. You will be responsible for overall strategy and management of the marketing team members.
You will have a critical role as a member of Anago’s executive team in strategic decision-making as we continue to expand our franchise opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for contributing to the leadership and culture of the organization, working closely with other VP’s and the President. This position requires an individual who can serve as a thought leader in the organization and partner to the President.

As a Director of Marketing, a typical week might include the following:
Developing and implementing marketing plans to support goals and initiatives including driving awareness, brand consideration, and client and franchise lead conversions
Managing your team in production and design, social media and content development
Meeting with senior management to develop new strategies for growth
Using and reviewing analytics to track existing campaigns
The role might be right for you if you have:
An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
A minimum of 10+ years of marketing experience and 5+ years of managing a team
Strong computer skills, including all Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products, as well as Adobe Creative Suite
Solid working knowledge of SEO & SEM
Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and brand management
Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
A creative mindset with a knack for innovation
Bonus points if you have:
MBA or other advanced graduate degree
