Job Description

Anago Cleaning Systems (located in Worthington), services commercial cleaning accounts throughout Greater Columbus and is expanding our Operations and Management Department. We are currently looking for an Territory Brand Manager who will assist our Operations Manager and Specialists by visiting current commercial janitorial customers in our service areas to discuss quality of service and to trouble-shoot any problems. Some tasks include:

· Visiting 8-10 accounts per day.

· Meeting with the Anago contact at each account to discuss satisfaction with service.

· Relaying feedback to the Operations Manager as well as the franchise cleaner.

· Inputting data from inspections into a cloud-based online system.

· Following up on unhappy accounts and trouble-shooting any problems they might have.

· Making sure that the franchise cleaners are following the Anago guidelines.

The detail-oriented job requires an organized and disciplined individual who can:

· Communicate and interface with employees, clients and franchise cleaners.

· Accept criticism and direction from managers, customers and franchisees while maintaining the professional standards of the company.

· Multi-task, prioritize and strategize through daily unpredictable challenges that arise.

· Must have valid driver’s license.

This is a 40 hour per week position, payable at $40,000 annually with use of a company car during work hours, full gas allowance, iPhone, iPad, 90% paid individual medical, one-week vacation (after 8 months), long-term disability, years of service bonus program, personal desk, etc. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, good at problem solving and likes dealing with people.
