Excellent commission package with ability to earn up to 75% of sales!

Base Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000/year depending on experience

What does a successful candidate look like:

• Finds solutions to prospective client struggles and utilizes relationship driven sales techniques
• Actively prospects through phone, email and door knocking to grow sales pipeline
• Comfortable utilizing computer systems to build customized cleaning proposals
• Continually reaches and exceeds sales targets
• Utilizes strong teamwork to transition sold clients through the onboarding phase

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in outside sales/consultive sales
• Knowledge of janitorial services a plus but not required
• Previous experience in lead generation
• Self starter mentality and strong organizational skills
